Policies and governance
An index of the policies that govern how Community Ride Hub operates. Not every internal document is published here — see below for why.
What we publish, and what we do not
Community Ride Hub is governed by a library of board-adopted policies. Publishing the policies that matter most to passengers, members, referrers and funders is normal practice for a community organisation, and we intend to do it. Internal working documents — such as our delegation of authority framework, risk register and board papers — are not published, because they are management tools rather than public commitments.
Which of our policies are published here, and in what format, is a decision for our Board. We have not yet built the document library referenced below into a downloadable form on this site.

Want to see a specific policy?
If a full policy document would help you — for example as part of a funding application, a commissioning check, or a referral partnership assessment — email us at hello@communityridehub.org.uk and tell us which one. We will consider requests individually while our published document library is being built.
