Terms of use

Short and plain, on purpose. These are the terms on which you may use this website.

What this website is

This website belongs to Community Ride Hub Limited, a not-for-profit company limited by guarantee. It exists to explain who we are, what we do, and how to get in touch — with referring professionals, prospective members, volunteers, drivers, funders and partners. It is not a booking system, and nothing on it should be read as an offer to carry a member of the public who has not been assessed as eligible for our services.

Information, not a guarantee

We try to keep this site accurate and up to date, and to mark clearly anything that is not yet confirmed. But the information on it is general, describes services as we intend to provide them, and is not a guarantee that a specific service, journey or vehicle will be available to you. Eligibility, availability and cost recovery arrangements are always confirmed individually, by direct conversation with you or your referring organisation — never assumed from something read on this website.

Using this site

  • You may read, print and share pages from this site for personal or professional, non-commercial reference.
  • You must not use this site in a way that could damage it, overload it, or interfere with anyone else's ability to use it.
  • You must not copy or reuse our name, logo or brand material without our permission — see below.

Our name and logo

"Community Ride Hub" and the Community Ride Hub logo belong to Community Ride Hub Limited. You should not use them to suggest an endorsement, partnership or affiliation that does not exist, or in any way that could confuse the public about who is providing a transport service.

Liability

We take reasonable care over the accuracy of this site, but we cannot guarantee it is always complete, current or error-free, and we accept no liability for loss arising from reliance on it where we have acted reasonably and in good faith. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
