Pay your membership
Membership contributions and journey charges have not been set. Membership is not a commercial subscription.
Not taking membership payments online yet
This website does not take card payments for membership. Contributions and journey charges have not been set, and nothing is asked for until figures are published and confirmed to every applicant first.
What you are paying for
The annual membership helps cover membership administration, eligibility assessment, member accounts and support — not each individual journey.
For Community Ride Hub Connect, any included journeys and any charge per journey have not been set. When charges exist, they are meant to cover part of the cost; commissioned programmes, grants, partners and the Community Mobility Fund cover the rest. See Funding and sustainability.
Paying membership does not, on its own, book a journey or guarantee unlimited travel. Journeys are requested separately and only confirmed when Community Ride Hub can arrange them safely and with funding in place. See the membership pack for the documents that will explain charges in full (CCT-MEM-006).

Receipts and records
A receipt or confirmation can be provided once payments are being taken. Community Ride Hub is not yet a registered charity, so Gift Aid does not apply to membership contributions at this stage. This page will be updated if that changes.
